I disabled the built-in Intel Graphics driver in safe mode, reboot, everything comes up normal.

I've googled this to death and have come to the conclusion that I'm going to have to figure out how to manually uninstall these drivers.
I also found a way to get it to work on windows 10 installed a similar usb to vga driver Fl2000 - v5.0 screen flickered but was still not showing, i tried all the resolutions (all 6).Ĭlient plugs an Insignia USB to VGA adapter into his brand new Carbon XI (Windows 10), prompts him to reboot, black screen ever since. I was able to get into safe mode and uninstalled the insignia usb to vga application and no more black screen.
